Ingredients:
 

  • 1.5 pounds red potatoes, washed and cut into bite size pieces
  • 2 tbs Extra Virgen Olive Oil
  • 1 tbs French Pantry Traditional White Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 ½ French Pantry Lemon Dill Aioli
  • ¼ tbs salt
  • ¼ tbs freshly ground pepper
  • 2 tbs fresh chives, chopped (optional)
  • 2 tbs fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Extra Virgen Olive Oil, French Pantry Traditional White Balsamic Vinegar, French Pantry Lemon Dill Aioli, Medium Round Mold, Octagonal Bonmat and Stainless Steel Bowl.

Instructions:

  1. Add potatoes to Medium Round Mold and cover with Octagonal Bonmat. Microwave for 10 minutes. Avoid steam burns when uncovering.
  2. In a Stainless-steel Bowl combine all other ingredients for dressing.
  3. After potato is cooked, combine with dressing.
  4. Taste for salt and pepper and add more herbs if you like. It is ready to serve!
bon TIP: The key is to not dress the potatoes to long before serving.
